Job description

Tasks:
- Maintain and develop the web and intranet
- Oversee the user experience of the website
- Follows up web analytics reports and suggest development ideas accordingly
- Provide web support for the Marketing Communications team
- Provide expertise for used technical platform and questions related to technology
- Provide support in operating marketing automation software for lead generation and nurturing programs
- Handle web inquires
- Develop and implement SharePoint sites as requested
- Resolve any issues related to digital platforms
- Monitor and evaluate trends and competition, and proactively develops new ideas and suggestions for improving web and intranet sites
- Manage the translation and language version process for web pages
- Support country marketing communication teams in web related issues

Desired profile

Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing or engineering (e.g. IS, automation)
- Expert knowledge in digital marketing technology, the Internet and SharePoint, and high experience in using social media.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Knowledge in marketing automation
- Experience of reporting with web and social analytics (Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster tools)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Solid project management skills, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and complete projects on time
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to form strong networks within the organization
- Excellent writing and communications skills in English (fluent Czech isn´t needed!)
- Understanding of automation, drives, PLCs and motors is a plus
