Job description

Tasks:
- Supervise team of six HR staff members in a functional and disciplinary capacity, the focus being on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics
- Supervise HR services, perform payroll run, prepare reports, analyze KPIs, maintain data in SAP HCM, and advise employees, line managers, etc. as a key point of contact
- Manage full range of activities associated with resource planning, career development, and education, in addition to developing the team and overseeing knowledge transfer
- Assist other GBS HR teams for the purpose of balancing workloads and liaise with HR business partners/centers of expertise in support of various HR processes
- Deal with escalation issues within own team and at other levels, contribute to annual salary review, and drive cultural development of HR forward in pursuit of excellence
- Contribute to and/or lead activities and projects aimed at developing and optimizing HR processes, in addition to ensuring close collaboration within the GBS HR organization

Desired profile

Requirements:

- Solid qualifications in a business discipline, complemented by advanced training in HR and at least three years' work experience in a role of relevance to this position
- Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role as well as an excellent understanding of payroll activities and a solid understanding of employment law
- High level of proficiency in use of SAP HR and good knowledge of MS Office
- Service-driven and results-oriented approach
- Professionalism, integrity, efficiency, and precision
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken; preferably complemented by French and/or Italian
