Job description

Tasks:
We are now seeking a Sales Engineer Supervisor in Bangkok, Thailand to join our team in Power Conversion division who will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy and build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Sale of Solar inverter products and utilize profits both direct and channel partner.
• Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
• Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets
• Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal and ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.

Desired profile

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in Electrical/Power Engineering, preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration with at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Product or Sales Branding. The role will ideally suit someone with good inter-personal, managerial and communication skills. Local residents and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Thai will be required for this role.
