Quality Engineer

Job description

Tasks:
 Lead team to handle production quality issue (included materials, process etc.). And find the solution with other department (like PE, TC, SQE, Planner, Production etc.) to solve the production site quality issue with quality analyze tools(like FEMA,6Sigma,MAS, 4Q etc.)
 Setup and continue to improve the quality process (like TQC document, products audit document etc.)
 Implement the quality system, solve product processing problem timely, ensure product quality, meets and exceeds customer requirement.
 Lead the delivery or production stop and rework process and checking.
 Make the 4Q report for the CCRP, ZD etc.
 Finish the TQM Reporting of the weekly production line issues found and solved by IPQC
 Active development of quality mindset to all parts of supply unit, leading by example and coach to improve colleagues
 Coaching IPQC to setup the control plan to ensure the products quality and continuous quality improvement activities.
 Setup the product audit plan.
 Other task that assigned by quality manager.

Desired profile

Requirements:

Bachelor degrees or above, major in mechanical, electric ,automation and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company;
 Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE or CQSE);
 Heavy engineering machine industry or mechanical related ;
 Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills;
 Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools, FMEA, Control Plan, 5Why, 8D etc;
 Quality management system experience is preferred;
Six Sigma Green Belt and Auditor experience is preferred;
 Be familiar with Microsoft office tools;
 Good in written and speaking of English;
