QA Engineer

Job description

Tasks:
 Attend Internal kick-off meeting and project bi-weekly review meeting, generate project ITP, prepare Quality documents according to project requirement, lead pre-Inspection Meeting and ensure all check points agreed in ITP and quality procedures are followed during project execution.
 Conduct PMI and generate PMI report according to project requirement.
 Measurement Equipment calibration management
 NCR Follow up and management
 Supplier qualification and Supplier quality management
 OPQ Monthly report and identify the improvement opportunities and drive improvement.
 Lead customer audit and get all findings closed on time.
 Handle of customer complaint and generate Investigation report accordingly.
 Driver continuous improvement within organization via ICAR, SCAR, project closure review, Kaizen and 4Q.
 Maintain quality management system.
