Job description

Tasks:
Would you like a free and varied work in an international environment where you will get the opportunity to build new relationships? At HVDC Service, we focus on global collaboration with coworkers from different parts of the world involved in projects. In this position, you will be responsible for Order Administration. It means that you will administrate incoming orders for equipment and spare parts. The work consists of registering orders in SAP, placing purchase orders for materials and equipment, follow up deliveries, handling communication with internal departments as well as customers & suppliers and manage invoicing. The work also includes administering our stock of spare parts at HVDC Service. Together with your colleagues, you will generate new solutions for order administration as well as improve our documentation and communication routines.

Desired profile

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you need good computer skills and experience from working with databases. Since you have worked with order administration, filing or electronic categorizing before, you are used to handle questions related to orders. Experience from order handling and Order system in SAP will be an advantageous. As our company acts globally with English as the business language, it is essential that you are proficient in both written and spoken English. Additional language skills are advantageous. An important part of your work will includes specifications and contracts reading, you should be skilled in handling this part. As you will regularly work towards deadlines, you should be able handle pressure and several things simultaneously. You should be a good team player.
