Corporate Research Center located in Krakow is one of seven ABB research units in the world. Here we create innovative solutions for our products and systems. It is unique opportunity for you to work on international projects in interdisciplinary scientific teams. To our team we are looking for a candidate for a position: Numerical Simulations - CFD - Internship

Tasks:

- Carry out CFD simulation (full simulation lifecycle);
- Documentation of simulation results;
- Cooperation with multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Requirements:

- Student at 3rd - 4th year of Power Engineering, Mechanics or related subject;
- Basic knowledge in area of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics;
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (English);
- Good command of written and spoken English ;
- Motivated to learn in new areas;
- Knowledge of CAD modelling is a plus;
- Programming skills are a plus;
- Knowledge of CFD commercial code(s) is a double plus.
