IS Technology Expert - Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence (IS Incubator)

Tasks:
IS Incubators, established as the innovation organization in 2-speed IT approach, are flexible in terms of structure, internal processes, sourcing, office space for ad-hoc teams. Through this agile organization and by taking a calculated risk - spending money to evaluate technologies and concepts, learn and adapt even when it doesn't work out as expected from the beginning - new technologies will be evaluated and incubated quickly. To set up those incubators we are looking for IS Technology Experts - self-driven, motivated candidates with a hands-on attitude who will contribute within incubation team driving innovation in the Advanced Analytics area.

Your main accountabilities:
• Deliver PoCs and Pilots to evaluate capabilities and limitations of different BI solutions;
• Assess business value of applying Advanced Analytics capabilities to specific business challenges;
• Provide support to a learning organization model through coaching, training, and mentorship. Take advantage of blogging and community support to increase visibility and adoption of Advanced Analytics concept across IS Community;
• Suggests innovative solutions to business problems/ processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences;
• Provide expertise to project teams in collaboration with other architecture disciplines.

Requirements:

You have:
• Innovative mindset, preferably with a start-up background. You are willing to go the extra mile and look for opportunities instead of just doing the job. You are ready to learn by doing;
• Can-do attitude, start-up mindset and focus on collaboration and delivery of long term results;
• Advanced data scientist experience, statistical background and experience in working with processing raw data, machine learning, working with algorithms;
• Advanced experience in data visualization (e.g. which chart is better in representing a specific business concept);
• Advanced experience in different BI and advanced analytics platforms (e.g. MS Azure);
• Experience in working with agile project methodologies;
• Experience in big data (Hadoop) and cloud integration (Mulesoft) – it will be your advantage.
