IS Functional Analyst for Finance Domain

Job description

Tasks:

•Support the project in the implementation of new version of application or the enhancements;
•Investigate complicated issues/requests and prepare/implement the solutions in the application;
•Support application configuration;
•Document implemented solutions;
•Document the knowledge for the Service Desk;
•Design and maintain data housekeeping process;
•Support onboarding and migration of the countries to the TFL application;
•Closely liaise with 3rd party suppliers on issues resolution / fix implementations;
•Support Application Manager with specific tasks.

Requirements:

Requirements

•1 – 3 years' experience in IT environment (ITIL knowledge would be an advantage);
•Good English skills to communicate with users from different countries;
•Analytical skills;
•Solid user knowledge in MS office applications;
•Dedication to grow into technical/functional application support in a niche system area;
•SQL knowledge;
•Knowledge around Trade Finance instruments (guarantees, letters of credit) not required but would be an advantage;
•Willingness for occasional travel.
