Internship Procurement and Logistics Analyst

For our Electrification Products division in Business Unit Building Products in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Procurement and Logistic Analyst Intern to support and run operative daily tasks.

Tasks:

The candidate will be involved actively in the Procurement & Logistics team, following all the operative daily activities of support related to Procurement function, such as pricelist regular updates and savings reporting.
The intern will also plays an interface role in checking the correct transition of purchasing for our LBU. taking care about the inbound and outbound checking and managing related the entire goods-flow. Due to this purpose the intern will play an interface role in controlling the correct transistion of purchasing for our LBU (Local Business Unit) in cooperation also with our GBS settled in Krakow.

The role requires a strong will of collaboration and delivery attitude with both the whole Procurement & Logistics team and our suppliers / vendors.

As operative team-player, the resource be involved in the first analysis related to the current purchasing-flow by implementing, managing, representing data flows by excel and SAP and creating numerical/quantitive reports, in order to create detailed-files to implement further the effects and the strategies to be improved by the LBU according the 'To BE' Business framework.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering (Bachelor or Master) is desiderable, but also other field related to Management Sciences are considered
• Good knowledge of English
• Good PC-literacy, including Excel (extracting managing of numerical data, creating graphical scheme)
• Basic SAP knowledge is considered as a plus
• Careful to details, accurate and methodic approach, precision in delivery results are assets strongly required
• Teamwork ability and cooperative attitude
• Target orientation, curiosity and integrity
