Job description
Tasks:
- Support technology development and materials research in power electronic modules packaging
- Conduct applied research using different bonding techniques and materials characterization methods, cross sectioning, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM)
- Perform experiments, evaluate and interpret experimental results
- Support process and materials optimization based on experimental results
- Support CAD drawings
- Perform thermal and thermomechanical modeling using commercial simulation tools (COMSOL)
