Job description

Tasks:
- Support Regional Europe HR Transformation Lead and Transition Managers in managing country migrations and also the build up of the GBS HR Europe – this includes e.g. planning and tracking of progress, managing gate meetings, managing documentation phase, recruiting activities, training planning and execution, monitoring of Parallel Run performance and tracking of actions
- Coordinate / consolidate status reports
- Support in any kind of administrative activities (e.g. planning, preparation and meeting minutes of gate meetings, meeting logistics, preparing agenda)
- Support in creation of various presentations for internal / external stakeholder meetings
- Support in various other tasks, e.g. collecting feedback or follow-up with stakeholders
