Job description
Tasks:
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees
- Perform administrative tasks within either one of the Service Lines - Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or Travel
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems and provide on-demand reports related to HR services
- Ensure that all tasks are processed according to the defined Service Level Agreements
- Communicate and consult with internal customers regarding policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures

Desired profile
