Finance Service Specialist for Accounts Payable

Job description

Tasks:
- Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Processes Accounts Payable transactions such as vendor invoices, with adjustment of advances, retentions, deductions, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations and reporting
- Executes analysis and reports as assigned
- Works within Internal Control environment for the Accounts Payable function
- Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
