Job description

Tasks:
- You are responsible for the specification, programming and documentation of converter software
- Furthermore, you will create control technology concepts
- We rely on your expertise when it comes to software design with Matlab / Simulink
- Also, it will be on you to verify the software on the real-time simulator as well as in the finished device
- Besides bringing the software into service on the vehicle, you will operate specialist support for the service department as well as for customers

Desired profile

Requirements:

- You are a qualified Electrical Engineer (university / technical college) with sound experience in process control and software design (including Matlab / Simulink)
- Beyond that, you bring great knowledge in the field of control engineering and power electronics
- In addition, you are familiar with the electrical equipment of rail vehicles
- Of course, you are fluent in German and English
- Last but not least, you will convince us with being ready for commissioning assignments at home and abroad – 10 to 20 % of your time
