PROJECT MANAGER IN DIGITAL MARKETING (H/F)

Poste et missions:
- After a training in our Paris or London offices and you will then go to Shanghai for 1 year or more to work for one of our clients, with their local teams.
- You will be our clients' main point of contact in Shanghai and meet them regularly
- You will be in charge of the correct rollout of the projects on a daily basis (timeline, key performance indicators, daily monitoring) in close collaboration with our client's local teams.
- You will ensure meetings/calls organization (timings, invitations, agendas, content, objectives)
- You will produce campaign reports on a weekly and monthly basis, hence you deep dive on analytics and numbers and detect trends, raise insights.
- You will prioritize actions you identify risks and escalate issues.
- You will ensure, facilitate and organize the knowledge and information sharing; you help designing new global processes to ensure work efficiency.
- You will contribute to Numberly's business development activities in Shanghai
Profil:
- You are an autonomous person, able to work abroad by yourself.
- You are keen to discover digital tools/CRM softwares and manipulate data
- You are available to spend 1 year or more in Shanghai
- You speak & write fluently Mandarin and English
- You have 1-3 years relevant work experience preferably in the digital environment (project management, consulting)
- You wish to evolve in an international company
- You can evolve in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- You have a strong interest in digital and operational aspects
- You enjoy managing clients relationship
- You are easy to get along with :)
- You are proactive, organised, meticulous and flexible
