WHO ARE YOU ?
Do you possess a BAC+5 with a Human Resources specialization? Are you a good English speaker (with at least a B2 level)? For you, team works is a strength?
Are you well-known for your relational skills, your editorial capacity and your ability to listen? Are you also mastering Office software applications, more specifically PowerPoint?

WHAT COULD WE ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER ?
As part of our transformation of underwater business systems, you will participate in various HR missions in the HR team in order to strengthen the BL culture:
- You will work on the BL process for program staffing with the HR team in the UK: process definition, implementation and monitoring of key indicators.
- You will participate on the People Review's promotion campaign
- You will work on BL's international mobility attractiveness policy: feedbacks by interviewing employees, including facilitators and blockers, by proposing an action plan including the communication plan to be deployed for each site within the BL.
- You will also participate in various international actions, such as examinations of people, acquisition of talent, ....
- You will participate on the annual campaign about the personal development interview as well
- You will work on the BL process for program staffing with the HR team in the UK: process definition, implementation and monitoring of key indicators.
- You will participate on the People Review's promotion campaign
