INTERNSHIP - Marketing, Digital and Integration Officer

“Industrial Solutions” is a global business line, which is a key pillar of SUEZ development strategy, focused on 7 priority markets and a selection of key accounts, managed globally. The team in charge of the development of the services of Industrial Solutions (within the International Division) is looking for a:

6 months trainee - International Marketing, Digital & Business Integration M/F

Main missions:

1. International marketing part

· Create a Bimonthly newsletter : Activity monitoring, follow-up of the projects won, focus on the key accounts, profile of the month interview, service of the month etc. ;

· Manage the Service catalog :

- Manage the implementation of new services in the brochure of services

- Propose improvements of the existing catalog thanks to feedbacks and your own experience/ creativity

- Implement an internal communication plan in collaboration with the communication team and independently manage the distribution of the brochure (meetings, news flashes, newsletters ...).

2. Coordinate and follow up on new digital services (technical and digital part)

· Follow up the implementation of Memboard (a decision-support software for membrane fleets) in Euroserum on site.
· Work on a new digital membrane service solution (Memplant) in cooperation with different departments within Suez. (meetings, site audit, saving analysis, Memplant implementation)
· Integrate and develop other potential digital membrane service solutions on site.(digital tools from GE Water)

3. Support the business development team on the integration of the aquisition project GE Water

- Prepare material to best share with GE Water teams SUEZ's industrial services expertise, organization, process, tools, references etc… to define how to work together globally

Those missions could be reajusted in line with the department's activity.

The internship takes place at the headquarters of SUEZ (Tour CB21 - Metro Esplanade de la Défense) in Paris la Défense (92).

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You are graduating (Master degree) from an engineering School with a focus on Marketing and Business or from Business School/University with an appetence for the industrial/technical sector;
·  You demonstrate a strong capacity for work, motivation and involvement;
·  You are curious and justify good relational, analytical and synthesis skills;
·  You have a creative mind;
·  You know how to work in project mode;
·  You master the Office pack (especially PowerPoint), having basics in “InDesign” and salesforce is an asset;
·  You have a strong appetite for the environmental sector;
·  You are able to work in a matrix environment;
·  Given the international environment of the internship, fluent English and French is required , Spanish would be a plus.

Duration : 6 months
