Your environnement:
BRD AV (Société Générale Insurance in Romania) is the insurance Business Line of Société Générale Group. From our offices in France and around the world we provide a wide range of bank-insurance adapted specifically to our customers. Our subsidiary, in Romania, specialized in Savings, Health insurance and Protection, is looking for a Marketing Officer, within the « Volontariat International en Entreprise » framework in order to support the management of marketing projects of the company. This mission will last from one to two years.
Your role:
Within the Marketing department of the company and in relation with headquarter in Paris and marketing department representatives of BRD Bank, you will participate to the regular activity of the department and will give your support for managing/implementing some of the projects:
- Overhaul Group Health Insurance Product. Participates to project with the aim to:
o Implement a cashless payment option for Health insurance clients
o Adjust the online presence, digital tools and marketing material
o Implement an Open network feature for Group health insurance product
- Establishing and Implementation of a digital roadmap with BRD Bank. Under the responsibility of Marketing Manager, be the Business Responsible of the Project with the aim to:
o Establish the Roadmap and the planning in accordance with the bank roadmap and in line with BRD AV project plan
o Start the implementation in accordance with the planning
- Development of digital tool within BRD AV. Be responsible of the Project with the aim to:
o Implement several Digital tools and
o Reshapes the Online presence
Your profile :
Graduate degree, school of management or Faculty specialized in Economy, Business development, IT and/or Digital.
You testify of a first experience (company internship or cooperative education) during which you took advantage of your knowledge in marketing related segments.
Dynamic, organized, curious, innovative, you also have a relational ease as well as a capacity to analyze and to translate the needs for organizations. Your sense of the quality and the customer support will be appreciated in a workgroup.
Fluency in English is required, Romanian language will be an additional advantage.
