Are you our new KAM in Sweden?

Do you have a background as a Biomedicinska analytiker or bioanalytiker and do you like to challenge yourself outside of the hospitals? Do you have the ambition and personal skills to succeed in a sales driven environment? Then you could be our new colleague in our Nordic and Baltic Point Of Care team in Siemens Healthineers.

We have just started looking for a Key Account Manager for a new position in Point of Care in Sweden

We have already a strong presence in Sweden and across the Nordic and Baltics region. The Point of Care market is growing and as a result of this we need to strengthen our team as soon as possible.

Some of the key responsibilities in this position will include:

· Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Manager.
· Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory in alignment with our strategy.
· Develop and establishing good business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff such as PNA Coordinators, Nurses, GP’s e.g.
· Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote our solutions and services.
· Serve as primary resource for our customers in your district in relation to sales and guidance in the right solutions for them.
· Serve as project leader in tender processes and implementations processes if required.
· Meet with existing and potential new customers to identify their needs, goals, and obligations related to patient care and to discuss and/or demonstrate how our Point of Care solutions can help them to achieve their goals.

For your application to be considered you will need to meet the following criteria:

· Educated as a Biomedicinska analytiker or Bioanalytiker
· Experienced in working in the laboratory and preferably with knowledge of working in the Point of Care segment.
· Preferable > 3 years’ sales experience
· Have a hunter approach to sales
· Structured in your way of working
· Fastlearner, able to pick up new skills and techniques quickly
· Fluent in Swedish and at the same time good in English
· Happy to travel through the assigned territory in Sweden
· Result and Target-driven.
· Self motivativated / self driven
· Have a Team-player mindset
