Siemens Finance Services is looking for an Account Manager, who will develop and implement new accounts plans to grow Siemens Financial Services business in Finland. This position will be based in our office in Espoo.

What are my main responsibilities?

· Target high quality and well structured business with dedicated accounts: dedicated Siemens business units, Siemens partners and OEMs as vendors for Siemens Financial Services and Siemens customers
· Develop, agree and implement account plans in personal responsibility area leading to annual and quarterly plans in line with business budgets
· Plan, develop and manage the sales and marketing activities jointly with dedicated accounts to ensure achievement of targeted sales volumes, profitability and customer service levels in line with overall business goals
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of Siemens BUs, partners and customers to ensure achievement of SFS’s short and long term volume targets
· Maintain up to date information of nominated accounts and transactions within CRM
· Effectively take care of deal structuring, pricing, offering, credit application processing, documentation processing and other necessary tasks in order to manage nominated accounts properly
· Collaborate with other departments including Internal Sales, Risk, Asset Management, Operations and Finance to manage customer expectations properly and to secure lean business processing

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience
· Degree in Economics
· Account management experience in developing and maintaining business relationships
· Proven track record of achieving set sales targets
· Working experience in leasing/ commercial finance industry
· Knowledge of general assets of financial market
· Knowledge of financial products and understanding of key financial metrics (NPV, ROE,..)
· Fluency in Finnish and good English language skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Strong sales skills (incl. customer contacting, presentation, negotiation, deal closing skills)
· Goodpresentation, negotiation and communication skills to manage business relationships also at corporate management level
· Good team working skills
· Independent and proactive approach as well as the respect for processes within large international financial company
