Poste et missions:
1/ This role requires the ability to work transversally in a highly matrixed organization to effectively facilitate the Total Employee Experience while establishing effective and productive partnerships with employees in multiple locations globally.
2/ Working and execute HR Projects on topics such as:
- Wellbeing
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Organisational Simplification
- Gutor One Voice Results Improvement
- Standardised Onboarding Program and Practices
- Internal Mobility
3/ Consult and support HR BP with planning, steering and analyzing HR services; identify action steps and set targets.
4/ Analyze and annotate quarterly results, follow up Headcount (forecast). Prepare management reports and decision proposals (Power Point)
5/ Gather, check and prepare data, information and metrics/KPIs to support steering the HR organization and to optimize transparency of HR services as well as to enhance communication about HR Projects
Profil and Competencies
Education: Bachelor degree in business or related field
Requested languages : Knowledge of German is preferable, English fluent spoken and written
Personal abilities or skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and innovative skills in process development.
- Independent and conscientious work, as well as strong teamwork and customer orientation.
