Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Multichannel & Digital Marketing Referent
- VIE Contract
The position is based in Romania to support the communication of the CEE (Central & Eastern Europe): Poland, Romania, Moldova, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Slovenia.
In addition, the employee must be able to interact with other members of the functions and areas of Sanofi Pasteur in need of its missions.
Key responsibilities include:
1/ Deployment of multichannel road-map
- Lead the deployment of regional and local digital projects and multichannel campaign in line with the global Go-To-Digital roadmap and measuring business impact (KPIs, ROI, Analytics)
- Monitor and reassess when necessary CEE (Central and easter Europe) countries readiness to go digital, work with the Regional Marketing Head to build and implement Europe multichannel strategy and roll-out plan
- Internal collaborative platform: Participate actively to the internal digital network
- E-learning: Manage and promote Sanofi Pasteur e-learning platform in line with local medical and marketing needs and priorities
- Consumer mobile applications: Coordinate & optimize the adaptation and launch of digital initiatives, support countries with ASO (App Store Optimization) and promotion plans
- Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM): Collaborate with Product Communication to support CLM implementation and roll out in line with core product strategies
- Manage and coordinate local adaptation and roll-out of other global digital initiatives
- Investigate opportunities to develop new channels (pharmacy, companies)
2/ Compliance and validation processes for all digital actions
- Streamline and coordinate the deployment of digital validation processes
- Ensure all digital initiatives developed at BU/Country levels are compliant according to SOPs in place
- Single point of contact for Digital Validation Committee for CEE
3/ Best practices
- Communicate to the Global Digital Strategy Department, the digital projects developed in CEE Countries/BU to foster cross-fertilization
- Relay and ensure the implementation of guidelines and best practices
- Promote and foster replication of successful digital initiatives developed by teams located in other BUs and functions
- Identify synergies opportunities
- Be the touch point for marketing platform deployment as per implementation plan
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Work experience:
- Experience in leaders company (pharmaceutical) will be a plus
Knowledge:
- University degree (Marketing or Graduate from Business School is preferable)
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, web marketing tools
- Good level of English (any CEE local language is a plus)
- Computer skill
- Excellent spelling, writing skills and analytical mind
Personal skills:
- Proactive, dynamic and independent
- Good relationship ability at any level
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Communication and anticipation
- Organized-decision maker
LANGUAGES:
- Full Proficiency in English is a must
- Any other Central & Eastern European language is a plus
