Your mission

·  Contribution to the Training Strategy Dermocosmetics and Personal Care (DCPC);
·  Onboarding (newcomers and reintegration) within Medical Visit on Brand knowledge (and related pathophysiology);
·  Competition analysis on composition & claims vs DCPC Multi-Brand Strategy;
·  Construction and coordination of the Medical Marketing strategy together with Marketing department;
·  Project leader for Professional Press;
·  Creation of digital project to increase digital HCP touchpoints;
·  Accompanies the transformation of the organization and working methods by setting up means of control and demonstrating leadership (Technical Skills & Behavioral Skills).

·  You hold a Scientific Degree and you are able to translate your scientific knowledge fluently to colleagues, health care professionals and their patients;
·  Your brain acts as well as analytical as creative. You combine both verbs: to think & to act;
·  Your positive mindset and solution solving are convincing people in an impactful way;
·  Digital environment (e-learning-social media) are part of your life;
·  A white blank sheet is more of a challenge than a problem;
·  Fluent in Dutch and French.
