Your challenge

Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we're looking for?

·  As a member of the BG Domestic Appliances central marketing team; your role is in the asset team.
·  Support asset producers in their daily tasks, managing and overseeing the Asset Library, preparing for a video/photo shoot, coordinating with the consumer marketing managers & countries.
·  Supporting the asset producers in collecting all assets for distribution to key stake holders
·  Take ownership of your own projects and see them through from start to finish

Your responsibilities

·  Work with the asset producers on the development of rich assets (film, photography, online content.
·  On time and on quality support within projects assigned [to be agreed in the first 2 weeks of the internship]
·  Liaise with CMMs, country organization and agencies as and when required.
·  Updating, overseeing and creating a clear structure of all created rich assets on PAL (Philips Asset Library)

Your team

·  Member of the Digital marketing / Asset team within the Central Marketing Team of BG Domestic Appliances

Our offer

·  Thesis/non-thesis [can be negotiated]
·  6 – 8 months
·  Available ideally per August 15th

We are looking for

·  Fluent in English
·  Word, excel, ppt
·  Accuracy; able to perform repetitive tasks on quality
·  Ability to work with deadlines;
·  Ability to maintain quality over speed
