Junior project Manager - After-sales

This position is located at Montigny le Bretonneux.

Main mission and objectives:

You will support the launch of various after-sales projects aiming at simplifying dealers' experience for Nissan Europe, Nissan Global including the Alliance with Renault.
You will also be in charge of the planning for After-sales team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Project support:

• Coordinate with the different brand entities, project coordination process and milestones
• Reporting creation
• Collect business requirements from European Service Engineering
• Participate and coordinate the testing and deployment phase

2. Miscellaneous:

• Contribute to synergy with Renault
• Support with- and maintenance of- central team event planning
• Represent the team during the new cars launch process
• Operational support for After-sales team

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

• Development and production meetings
• Section and division meetings
• Occasional business trips, mainly within Europe, possibly Russia
