Position Title

HR Business Partner

Mission and Main Objectives

·  The HR Business Partner leads and manages the people management related agenda within their area. S/he leads HR related change management projects.

·  The HR Business Partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.

·  The partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organisation.

·  There is a clear focus on employability.

·  The HR BP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organisation and stimulates and guides others in further professionalising the department.

·  The HR BP takes the lead in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.

·  The CoE Case Management & Wellbeing supports the organization absence management and ensures with line management that Nissan is a true safe, healthy and great place to work.

·  S/he will support line management with long term illness cases and illness case that require that require expert knowledge for their reintegration back into work.

·  The CoE is the primary contact of the company doctor.

·  The CoE is the knowledge base on illness and absence related labour law in The Netherlands.

·  The CoE will manage the Wellbeing at Nissan programme in close cooperation with General Affairs and the GPTW teams in the sites.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· 
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in their area(s)

· 
Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes within the organisation

· 
Manages complex (cross-functional) HR projects

· 
Builds a strong business relationship with the employees and managers

· 
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

·  Manage recruitment of key talent

·  Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

Background & Experience

·  A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related area of study.

·  Previous experience as a HRBP gained in a corporate office environment.

·  You are communicative and curious, open-minded and pro-active. After smart analyses, you turn your observation into clear conclusions, you lead by example and plainly solve conflicts and find compromises.

·  You have a restless creative mind and you are always eager to learn. You take ownership and love to work in a team.

·  You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Dutch.

·  English as a second language is a must.

·  You show courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance.
