Your opportunity

The contract will commence in July/ August, with the incumbent reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. The key function of this role is to provide comprehensive HR support to the corporate office and various brands across Hong Kong and Macau.

How you will contribute

·  Provide a full spectrum of HR functions within the Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HRSSC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding processes, staff relations, coordination of staff engagement activities, HR filing, and reporting
·  Assist in organizing company events, such as the annual dinner and various staff activities
·  Maintain personal files, input, and update personnel information accurately and efficiently
·  Manage employee records within the HR system (Workday), ensuring all data is current and correct
·  Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training logistics and materials
·  Collaborate closely with managers and employees on a range of HR-related topics, include but not limited to performance management, staff grievances and etc
·  Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory standards
·  Provide support during internal or external audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes
·  Be ready to support ad-hoc assignments as they arise

Who you are

·  Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
·  Detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative with positive mind-set
·  Keen to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Minimum 1 - 2 years as HR Business Partner / HR generalist experience within a fast paced, matrix organization e.g. multi-brands, business units, divisions).
·  Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations 
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
·  Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
·  Experience in using Workday will definitely an advantage
