South Korea E-commerce channel is one of the largest in the market and consider to grow exponentially in the coming years. At IKEA, we would like to reach the many people and E-commerce is one of the natural channel, and we are getting ready to start it during FY18.

We will work together to attract and convert more consumers to customers and encourage them to shop more frequently. This will be done by offering them the best shopping experience and highlighting the home furnishing competence and commercial advantage of the IKEA concept.
One of your task is to evolve this job to reach even more customers with suitable home furnishings solutions in the digital world. We expect that you are proposing solutions with an outside of the box thinking to maximize the sales.

We will work together to attract and convert more consumers to customers and encourage them to shop more frequently. This will be done by offering them the best shopping experience and highlighting the home furnishing competence and commercial advantage of the IKEA concept.
One of your task is to evolve this job to reach even more customers with suitable home furnishings solutions in the digital world. We expect that you are proposing solutions with an outside of the box thinking to maximize the sales.

As Sales Leader Trainee for E-commerce you need to understand the national market/s and the living situation of the consumers. We expect you to simplify the online buying process by using our customers' feedback and facts for an easier search, find, choose & buy products digitally.

Key assignment tasks are to:
• Responsible for defining forecast for the sales and the activities needed in your range scope. Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leader
• Responsible for securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA digital channels according to the business rules
• Know and optimise the sales and margin of the range, by monitoring the performance on a HFB/PA/PRA/products level compared with agreed goals
• Keep a close monitoring of our competitors in order to act accordingly

It is essentials that:
Your ability to think strategically, plan and coordinate multiple tasks combined with excellent organisational and analytical skills will contribute to achieve a maximum sales growth in our digital channels. You have a deep knowledge of the product range of IKEA (and a life at home interest) and a good understanding in English.

Furthermore, we believe that you have the following knowledge in order to succeed:
• Ability to evolve product strategy based on sales, analytics and industry trends
• Experience from digital business and sell steering in an multichannel environment
• Able to take responsibility for the HFBs goals and secure the action plan to ensure the business priorities together with respective HFB's sales leaders
• Ability to work independently with entrepreneurial mind set to change challenges into business opportunities

We also see that you have experience from working in an IKEA store or other retailer, and you are brilliant in contextualising and communicating complex issues in a simple and engaging way. You are inspired by working together with others in a fast paced and complex environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functions.
