Job Responsibilities

Working Time:
Service Coverage : 9 hours * 5 days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST)
Weekday midnight/weekend/holiday work* : 0-5 times/month
* Fundamentally, should work as IBM-Japan working calendar and working time.
　Need to provide support on customer's working days.
Undertake responsibilities the following ,
Communication and negotiation with Service Management PM, and other person in charge of the associated section if it is necessary.
With support and instructions by SZ and Japan team, carry out the following work items.
Work items : Support z/OS/DB2/CICS/IMS/STORAGE/MQ on MF system. works defined by FWB DFD mainly in standard day to day works like followings
·  Distribute software packages to target systems
·  PTF action investigation
·  Apply PTF to IBM software
·  Answer technical questions from customer
·  Troubleshooting Incidents
·  Updates system documents
·  Software reconciliation disk scanning
·  Software reconciliation discrepancy analysis
·  Create Monthly reports
·  Security management work
·  System maintenance work As we are still examining customer's technical works, items may be added to the list above.
After the transition, regularly revalidate the activities with Japan team and Shenzhen team.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

·  Performing the works stated in ‘Job Responsibilities'.
·  Required skill Levels ・z/OS : 4

·  Understanding of ISEC,ITCS104,or GSD331
·  Excellence Japanese communication skill •Ability of negotiation with Japanese customers by speaking / hearing Japanese language
•Ability of reading / writing / speaking / hearing Japanese Language
