The Stewarding Manager is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As a Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties may include scheduling, management, and training of staff.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Stewarding Manager​ role 

· Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, actively supporting colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and maintain a high level of service quality.
· Uphold rigorous Health and Safety standards, ensuring all necessary paperwork is current and compliant.
· Oversee weekly deep cleaning schedules for all Back of House (BOH) areas and kitchens, ensuring immaculate hygiene standards are consistently met.
· Supervise the cleaning and upkeep of all BOH spaces, including fixtures, fittings, and equipment, to preserve the luxurious ambiance of our establishment.
· Implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource utilization, including recycling programs and proper disposal methods.
· Collaborate with Executive Chef and restaurant management to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency in BOH operations, facilitating seamless service delivery.
