Job description

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress at Hotel Andaz Prague, you will be the face of our morning dining experience, delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, attend to guests' needs promptly, and ensure a high standard of service that reflects our hotel's prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
· Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
· Serve breakfast dishes with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
· Ensure tables are set up and maintained according to hotel standards.
· Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
· Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
· Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
