Job purpose:

This role will conduct a very important Transformation Plan across the current and future commercial staff as part of the ambitious Channel Reconfiguration Programme, which aims to redesign the Branch Network footprint and service model, but at same time should consider the interaction model with the rest of channels (internal and outsourced) as per potential of markets across the country. Such strategic initiative jointly with the current commitments done with the FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority ) and trends for the talent attraction, will demand a transformation of the Incentive and Recognition schemes for Wealth Personal Banking Mexico. 

Main responsibilities:

·  Influence to have the best and the fairest variable pay, even with incremental PTU.
·  Transform, conduct and oversight the right implementation of the new reconfiguration channel strategy, and the respective incentive upgrade.
·  Ensure appropriated scorecards, timely updated, through right technology from Regional Managers to Front Line Staff.
·  Communicate and train about the new ways of working for the respective branch models, aligned to new Incentive scheme (aligned to global principles).
·  Ensure the best data quality and process, for continuous improvement mainly driven by data analytics.
·  Proactive design and oversight of the branch network footprint and Incentive schemes as per strategic evolution.
·  Improve employee satisfaction (eNPS), through continuous feedback from channels
·  Timely attendance of requirements from internal customers (product and channels).
·  Conduct and supervise the right execution for training as per business needs, well aligned to strategy.
·  High engagement with Heads of Channels local and global to keep alignment of strategic actions in the channel reconfiguration programme
·  Lead and supervise BAU process, project implementation and business outcome with special scrutiny where is a capital plan.
·  Ensure appropriated quality and effective control environment.
·  For Variable Pay: oversight and analyze historical payments and back-test of new rules to ensure right outcome for business, customers and employees

Requirements
