Job description

· Deliver resourcing solutions and ensure the efficient and effective implementation of manpower planning within the specified client group;
· Provide proactive consultancy support to business managers in regards to organizational design, capability development, talent management, performance management, resourcing, reward and change management;
· Support the implementation of HR policies through the business, offering guidance on policy where required;
· Manage employee relations matters such as grievances and disputes;
· Partner with HR Shared Services team, LTROD and Performance and Reward to ensure consistent and effective HR service is delivered to the business;
· Build strong and effective working relationships with respective stakeholders
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· University degree in a relevant Human Resources discipline
· Familiar with labor law and local regulations. Have experience in resourcing
· Team player across immediate team and across HR function
· Customer focused, a “Can-do” attitude, independent and proactive
· Excellent communication and influence skills.
· Proficiency in both English & Chinese with knowledge of PC application
