Essential Responsibilities

• Owner & responsible of accuracy/updating bill of materials at lines & other assigned areas.
• Acts as internal consultant in areas of statistical analysis & process control, experiment design, Lean & project management.
• Ensures process policies compliance in all manufacturing lines assigned (standard work), quality and EHS requirements.
• Drives root cause on all process compliance misses & develop/implement permanent fixes using PDCA Process.
• Ensure controlled implementation/accurate documentation of process capabilities, & essential operational parameters, like standard work after each process upgrade.
• Owner of QMS system, including tracking data accuracy, out of control improvements, PPM levels of CTQ’s/PPCTQ’s in all product lines as well as employee’s training on QMS.
• Lead warranty returns defect analysis process as well as scrap reduction programs & owns COQ reduction for assigned areas.
• Ensures process complies with CCC standards avoiding notice of variation &, assuring all outgoing and incoming product meet appropriate standards, FRACAS owner.
• Develops, implement & tracks CO projects to meet assigned targets; including financial calculations & Gantt chart preparation using PTT tools.
• Continuously identify cost out opportunities opening projects on ET to be actively supporting plant cost out targets and compensating project misses.
• Participates on daily production meeting and Gemba walks of assigned areas.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2+year experience industrialization or process in industrial company
• Practiced in office software, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid-work are preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred
• Good practice on English reading and communication
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
