Tractebel, part of Engie, is an engineering office that is well-known in the fields of infrastructure and energy and enjoys an important position in Belgium.
 
For its HR department Tractebel is looking for a dynamic and pro-active person (m/f) :
 
 
INTERNSHIP 
 HR Communication Coordinator
 
 
The selected candidate will be working on different HR communication projects related to internal and external communication, employer branding, communication channels,  ……
 
 
Your Internship Misson
·  Analysis and proposal of a communication strategy via the various channels (mailing, social networks, intranet ...): subject of study around our Human Resources activities / services:
·  Manage  HRcommunications at Tractebel (intranet, social networks, newsletter, etc.).
·  Implementation and preparation of communication actions (content drafting, original proposal & modernisation);
·  Monitor the media;
·  Animate and develop social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook,);
·  Support day-to-day communication activities;
·  Various administrative tasks related to communication.
 
 
Your function
·  You are currently studying communications, applied linguistics, psychology or human resources,  or you recently graduated in one of these  areas;
·  French and/or Dutch as a mother tongue/fluently with  very good knowledge of English:
·  You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)  and you play with various social networks;
·  You are versatile, pro-active and hands-on;
·  You ensure that you maintain a global vision that allows you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
·  You can combine creativity and originality;
·  Sense of accuracy; rigorous;
·  Teamplayer;
·  Transparent attitude in a corporate environment.

Modality

 

·  Contract: unpaid internship;
·  Start: as soon as possible from September;
·  Duration: up to 4 months (min 6 weeks.);
·  Location: Avenue Ariane 7 - 1200 Brussels (as from November 1 st the office will move to the ENGIE Tower, Boulevard Simon Bolivar 34, 1000 Brussels – close to the railway station Brussels North).
