Job Title: Maintenance Lead (Making F2, Palletisation)

Location: Kettering

We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Maintenance Lead to join our team in Kettering in the ongoing deployment of our factory operating system Dan-IWS!

 

Dan-IWS is the factory operating system that is currently being deployed across Kettering site. The driving principles of Dan-IWS are ‘Power of 0’, and ‘Power of 100’ meaning zero defects & losses and 100% employee ownership.

 

As the role of the Maintenance Lead, you will be working alongside a Line Lead & Process Lead to make up a ‘Line Trio’. The role of the trio is to fully own all aspects of performance for one line/area of the site and to build, improve, and maintain the necessary standards to ensure this. You will report to the Line Lead and be responsible within the ‘trio’ for the following:

 

·  Analyse and eliminate breakdowns
·  Optimize preventive maintenance plans
·  Reduce maintenance and repair costs of line
·  Coach and build technical capabilities of Operators
·  Own BDE (Break Down Elimination) and MP&S (Maintenance Planning & Scheduling) Daily Management Systems
