Job Title: Line Lead (HA, Making F2, Palletisation)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for 3 x Line Lead’s to join our team in Kettering in the ongoing deployment of our factory operating system Dan-IWS!

 

Dan-IWS is the factory operating system that is currently being deployed across Kettering site. The driving principles of Dan-IWS are ‘Power of 0’, and ‘Power of 100’ meaning zero defects & losses and 100% employee ownership.

 

As the role of the Line Lead, you will be working alongside a Process Lead & Maintenance Lead to make up a ‘Line Trio’. The role of the trio is to fully own all aspects of performance for one line/area of the site and to build, improve, and maintain the necessary standards to ensure this. You will report to the area production manager and be responsible within the ‘trio’ for the following:

 

·  Develop & Lead short-term (90 days) line plans
·  Lead Daily Direction Setting meetings
·  Lead issue resolution to root cause on the floor for chronic stops
·  Coach and build capabilities of Operators
·  Own Safety, Quality, Daily Direction Setting & CIL Daily Management Systems
