· Give feedback to candidates involved in the recruitment process
· Manage candidates on the Continental online recruiting platform
· Generate and update specific reports
· Interview candidates as the first step of the recruiting process
· Overall support in other activities of the recruiting department
· Take part in various events as to attract candidates and promote company image
