Poste et missions:
Reporting to Logistic Manager, Supply Chain Analyst (VIE) will assist CGG Logistic and Technical team based in our Central Warehouse in Rotterdam. His/her main responsibilities will be linked to:
Standard and process definition
Performance monitoring
Operation support
Project and analytics
HSE procedures
Key job responsibilities:
Working closely with 3PL to provide visibility to Operations about inbound/outbound shipment (Import/Export)
Ensuring that Inventory and Shipping processes are respected and tools are up to date.
Supporting the Logistics Manager in the day-to-day activity and Supply Chain transverse projects
Work collaboratively and proactively with the Logistic and technical team to identify process and systems improvement opportunities
Report activity non-conformances and procurement issues with action plans for improvements.
Formalizing all processes related to warehouse and freight forwarding activities (receiving, scrapping, shipment preparation, freight booking, and Customs).
Monitoring inventory cycle counting in collaboration with 3PL warehouse team.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity
Employees may be assigned other duties according to the needs of the department
Profil:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance or equivalent degree disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in Supply chain & Logistics or relevant internship period
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Advance Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, MS Access and other MS Office programs.
- Strong analytic skills to measure the Logistic business
- Flexibility to travel if needed
