DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Retail Account Management team works to help Vendors grow their business and be successful on Amazon, supporting and removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible vendor experience, ultimately ensuring customers can find and discover anything they want to buy online.
As Retail Account Management Team Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising team of 6-8 Account Managers in terms of day-to-day operations - ensuring productivity and quality targets are met - and also in terms of development and coaching of your direct reports. You will also be expected to contribute to team's overall success by co-leading and managing projects in collaboration with our extended teams, identify and implement process improvements and demonstrates effective and transparent communication with various stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this position we expect:

- Fluent level of English is a must;
- Minimum of 6 months experience in people management;
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility;
- Ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently;
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Easily approachable, cooperative and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of team members;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful even in difficult situations;
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill;
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions;
- Appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
