Senior ABS Business Analyst/Consultant

You Will

 

 

·  Help to iteratively improve our Core insurance platform and deliver the best insurance solution to our customers worldwide.
·  Collaborate with our global business stakeholders to understand and drive new business ideas.
·  Analyze customer requirements.
·  Facilitate discussions and workshops to align on solutions.
·  Employ your functional expertise to create architectural solutions, design solutions in collaboration with product engineers and architects.
·  Perform functional acceptance of implemented requirements.
·  Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate within and across teams.

 

Your Skills

 

 

·  Finished IT / economics related studies or similar discipline or IT project experience.
·  Good understanding of insurance business requirements and processes.
·  Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT development projects.
·  2+ years’ experience working as ABS designer, ideally in the Contract & Product domain and involving ABS adapter and Airwave know-how.
·  Knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, SQL and REST APIs.
·  Ability to think critically, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, flexibility, adaptability and proactiveness.
·  Strong team player and fast learner, able to quickly adapt to a hybrid environment.
·  Agile mindset and good understanding of agile software development framework (e.g. Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA)
·  Very good English skills is mandatory.
