Purpose of the Role

 

As a Sales Training Supervisor you will be primarily responsible for an end-to-end view of training. Primary functions include pre, during and post conduct of training programs for distributors. You will conduct, monitor, review, and update training programs to ensure that materials are constantly relevant in the improvement of the skills and knowledge of distributors.

 

You will create training curriculum and programs. Coordinate and directly collaborate with stakeholders and ensure execution of tasks are seamless.  You will also take on other project-based opportunities aligned to key metrics. Lastly, you should be able to properly manage training databases and create training reports and make analysis on how training affects business and comes up with possible projects to help improve existing processes and programs.

 

 

Responsibilities of the Role

 

·  Increase sales intermediaries’ activation, productivity, and sales leader development.

 

·  Conduct training programs to improve skills and knowledge of intermediaries to be active and productive.
·  Conduct training programs for potential sales leaders and sales leaders to help in building their teams.
·  Conduct pre and post evaluations to determine improvement points and communicates and suggests ideas to act on these opportunities.

 

·  Creation and development of effective training curriculum and programs with complete resource materials and follow up follow through activities.

 

·  Partner with sales leaders to assess needs and gaps in knowledge and skills of intermediaries.
·  Develop training programs with complete tools and ensures modules created by Sales Training Supervisors are accurate.
·  Continuous effort on his/her personal development (skills and knowledge); Proactive in taking on project-based tasks.

 

·  Efficient training reporting and analysis that will show impact to business results.

 

·  Analyzes training results on programs assigned to him/her and communicates this to stakeholders on a timely basis.
·  Coordinates with appropriate departments on ensuring relevant training materials and seamlessness of discussions across teams.
·  Conducts lecture rehearsals, spot checks and observations of Sales Training Specialists/Supervisors to ensure training delivery quality.

 

 

Requirements for the Role

 

·  Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Communications or Marketing
·  At least 3 years work experience in training and development, with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
·  Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
·  Advanced knowledge on MS PowerPoint Application and MS Excel Application
·  With exposure to training sales leaders
