CPI Product Owner (m/f/d)

Job description

As the CPI Product Owner, you will be tasked with ensuring IT production quality across all Iberolatam OEs by managing and refining the incident, change, and problem management processes, as well as aligning them with global Allianz standards. You will drive continual process improvement, conduct regular application and process reviews, and provide necessary training and support to foster adherence to the CPI framework. Your role demands a blend of technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a multinational and diverse team environment.

 

What you do

·  Product Owner responsible for the IT production: Incident, Change and Problem management across all Iberolatam Operational Entities
·  Ensures IT production quality improvement via follow–up activities in case of incidents/outages
·  Manages, coordinates, continuously improves, and harmonizes the CPI (change, problem, incident) process within the OE/region
·  Performs regular application checks with respect to stability, quality, alignment with global Allianz standards, and act as a quality gate for applications
·  Provide education, guidance, support, to ensure adoption of and adherence to CPI processes
·  Conduct regular review of CPI processes and drive actions towards continual improvement

 

What you bring

·  Experience developing and managing CPI management competencies in other organizations
·  Computer engineering, Mathematics, Physics, ADE or higher education degree
·  Excellent communication skill in English (Verbal and written)
·  Have a general knowledge of technology and architecture across multiple platforms
·  Have a flexible and 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure
·  Problem-solving skills
·  Attention to details
·  Accustomed to interacting with multidisciplinary, international and delocalized teams
·  Valuable requirements
·  Knowledge of the Scrum and SAFe framework and/or similar
·  Knowledge of JIRA and Service Now tools
