Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Quality Process Engineering Manager - DDMS (f/m) to join our “Aviation Safety & Quality Digital Operational Solutions” department based in Marignane, France .

In particular, you will be responsible for representing the Airbus Helicopters Quality function at the Airbus group level for the DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing & Services) project.

You will be part of a team whose two main missions are on the one hand to maintain the operationality of the existing tools and methods of the Quality department and on the other hand to make them evolve by specifying and deploying new needs responding to regulatory requests or requirements.

You will act as IT Tool business owner and/or project manager.

Your expected area of expertise concerns APQP ( Advanced Product Quality Planning ) , Quality preparation, helicopters configuration and Digital Mockup . You will need to determine the best solutions for the Quality function to optimize the link between design data, manufacturing and operational execution currently managed with CorePDM/CATIA/Delmia/SAP/MES.

Our scope of activity: Worldwide . Our activities relate to Quality Methods & Tools and are aimed both at mother companies in France and Germany and at our subsidiaries.

You hold an engineering degree or equivalent, you have experience in project management , you will be welcomed into a team of 6 people, with a strong team spirit, mutual aid, curiosity, strength of suggestions and good humor. Your challenges:

· 
Manage innovative improvement projects for the future in the Quality area, particularly within the framework of the DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing & Services) project.

· 
Collect and summarize any Quality improvements in progress or requested.

· 
Prioritize and plan project changes based on the Quality strategy.

· 
Coordinate the consistancy of Quality initiatives and promote a common vision.

· 
Lead a network of key users to define/consolidate the solutions of the future.

· 
Carry out benchmarks and technological watch within the Airbus group and outside.

· 
Communicate and support change management generated by improvements and innovations.

· 
Support our users in the use of IT applications in the Quality domain and in particular on the "End to end" integration of Quality needs from design to manufacturing, assembly and maintenance of our products.

 

Your profile:

· 
Languages: At a minimum: Native French and English read/spoken/written.
Knowledge of the German language will be a plus.

· 
Diploma: bac + 5. Engineer

· 
Experience in the areas of Design Office/Production/Quality.

· 
Project manager level

· 
Ability to lead a group, listen, write needs specifications

· 
Listening spirit, negotiator, challenging, curious (why, why, why, ...)

· 
Needs/problem analysis strength,

· 
Strength of proposals, synthesis.

· 
Comfortable presenting proposals and results obtained in French/English.

· 
Knowledge of office tools (Office) and digital tools (Google Suite).
