Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Product Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Aircraft Definition team based in Toulouse, France. 

You will be part of a team delivering digital solutions to support the Programmes in their definition/FCO process activities. As part of the Customer Aircraft Definition Digital product, you will be Product Manager of the Safe train and you will be as well leading (on D side) a dedicated work package of a transformation programme

Your challenges: 

● High level of interdependencies requesting strong collaboration Cross functions & domains, in a multicultural environment (FR, GE, India), 

● Co - Lead, together with business, the Customer A/C Definition train (PM role)

● Responsible for Continuous Release Management & operational excellence at train level, Ensuring that the Product vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner

● Co-lead (on D side) a dedicated work package of a transformation programme and ensuring the delivery with the right level of maturity gates, while ensuring business continuity of the existing toolset in an efficient way.

Your boarding pass: 

●  Proven strong experience (10y +) in managing complex project / portfolios of projects incl Agile/scaled agile experience and effective contribution into transformation initiatives

 ●  Experience in Software development and skills in the context of bespoke and/or COTS customisation will be a plus

● Experience in change management, ability to demonstrate Entrepreneurship, innovation & autonomy

● Experience in animating and coordinating multi-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure collective achievements

● Excellent and adaptive communication skills

●  Knowledge of Offer /Definition / FCO process would be highly appreciated

Salary range: 

Salary range based on the required profile: 55 to 65K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
