Purpose & Relevance for the Organization:

· The Adidas platform landscape is rapidly transforming we need talented multi-taskers who can drive value from this landscape for the WE market.
· Manage day to day operations for the WE eCommerce storefront.
· Develop key relationships and drive KPI’s.
· Knowledge and passion for Data Science and data driven processes is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day to day operations of the Adidas EMEA Salesforce Cloud Commerce storefront.
· Foster an environment of continuous learning and value driven work ethic.
· Tackle urgent issues, implement learning process and long term continuous improvements.
· Support business initiatives by functioning a tech-enabler. This involves understanding business needs proposing creative solutions.
· Determine relevant KPIs and drive results from multiple teams (in Amsterdam and Germany).
· Drive meetings with Merchandising/Marketing Activation to plan key sales.
· Drive meetings with infra and IT Operations teams to ensure platform stability and overall customer experience are running at peak efficiency.
· Site performance improvement and build/release stability are top among the multiple priorities.
· Continuous enhancement of a Data Driven approach to operations is a key goal for our team.

Key relationships:

· Merchandising team eCommerce Europe for product data management.
· Activation Team eCommerce Europe for understanding the upcoming sales and ensuring the customer is getting the right experience.
· Various IT Operations teams based in who Herzo support the following
· Salesforce Cloud Commerce
· Stibo PIM
· Order Management Systems
· TIBCO
· CMS
· Business teams based in AMS who support the following
· Adobe Site Analytics
· A/B testing
· Performance management using SOASTA.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

· Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
· Good understanding of technical and commercial e-commerce.
· Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional European languages beneficial. Communication is key in this role.
· Global mind-set and international background.
· A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to manage expectations in difficult situations.
· Experience in working in eCommece in fashion/retail industry is a big plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in IT.
· 3-5 years’ experience in a consumer-direct channel role, preferably in operations.
· Experience in multinational companies
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
· Very good MS Office skills
