Job Title: Production Operative/FLT Driver

Location: Aspatria

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary-Permanent

Are you seeking a new opportunity and intrigued by the prospect of acquiring a new skill set? Our client, an esteemed leader within their industry, is currently seeking a Production Operative with an interest in or prior experience with FLT Counterbalance operations.

As a Production Operative/FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in the movement, handling, and preparation of stock within the facility. This role involves a combination of day shifts and a 4-shift rotation (4 shifts on, 4 shifts off), including weekends and nights as per the specific shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently move and handle stock throughout the site.

Contribute to the process of moving, lifting, and packing products in preparation for distribution.

Operate FLT Counterbalance machinery with precision and care - full training will be given.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role/environment is advantageous.

Willingness to train and develop skills in FLT Counterbalance operation.

Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
