Key tasks
Manage monthly reports on all staff attendance, overtime, leave, health insurance claims using REALTA, the Human Resources Application system.
Responsible in corporate office employee recruitment, including interview arrangement, personality test.
Producing monthly attendance report
Maintain applicants’ database in recruitment file
Manage, control and distribute Weekly Flash Opportunity from AccorHotels Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore incl. AccorHotelsJobs
Assisting T&C events coordination, such as T&C Induction, movie together, breakfasting together
Assisting Traveling Arrangement

Essential and optional requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in any major, Law/Psychology/Management is preferable
• Fresh Graduate
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
