Key tasks

Le Sofitel Lyon Bellecour recherche pour renforcer ponctuellement son équipe Room Service un/une extra serveur/serveuse Room Service. Le/La serveur/serveuse Room Service anticipe les besoins du client et répond à ses attentes par un service attentif, personnalisé, aimable et soigné. Pour cela il/elle doit connaître parfaitement les cartes, procédures et standards relatifs au Room Service.

Ces missions consisteront à :

- Accueillir téléphoniquement les clients selon les principes d’hospitalité définis, en respectant les standards Sofitel
- Préparer les plateaux et les tables pour le service
- Servir les clients en chambre en offrant un service attentionné et adapté aux attentes des clients et débarrasser des étages
- Participer aux mises en place et maintenir la propreté des offices
- Veiller à la propreté de votre lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d’hygiène HACCP
